Would there be a way for both of my parents to have custody of me and my step dad to be granted a legal guardian of me?

I respect her privacy, but I'm worried that she is doing something she shouldn't be doing (you know what I mean). Yesterday, I took the door off it's hinges and she made a hUGE fuss about it.
