Exercise pays off!

Most evenings I run up to the Mt Vic summit and back. I take the route up past the Embassy and follow the roads all the way up. It’s a hard slog but I feel very self righteous every time I get home. She did not appear sick when I was babysitting but she may have been since she was having trouble sleeping.

This morning her mom called and said the girl had thrown up during the night a few times but now was better.
